Nothing that I didn't like.

Our room had a great view of the NYC skyline and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchenette and free breakfast saved us money on food. The location was safe and convenient with easy transportation to the city. Overall a great stay.

The Edgewater location is perfect for visitors who want to explore beyond the hotel. With a ferry just 5 minutes away, you can easily reach Manhattan's attractions. The hotel is also conveniently close to restaurants and corporate headquarters. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The friendly staff at the front desk and the fresh fruits served at breakfast add to the positive experience.

Some aspects of the property are worn down and feel dated.

Friendly and helpful staff made my stay at Homewood Suites a great experience. The shuttle bus service was a convenient way to explore the area. Herb, one of the staff members, gave us great recommendations for things to do during our trip. The breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying. The location of the hotel was also quite good, with easy access to nearby attractions.

As frequent visitors to NYC, we have stayed at Homewood Suites a couple of times for its great location near the NYC Water Ferry. The staff is always friendly and efficient, providing us with all the necessary information. The rooms are exceptionally quiet and well-maintained, ensuring a peaceful stay. We also loved the plentiful and delicious breakfast offerings, as well as the convenience of the shuttle service.

The noise level in some areas of the hotel may be bothersome to some guests.

The hotel was comfortable and affordable for our multi, day trip around the New York City area. the staff were very helpful and willing to answer our questions. the room was clean and without any strong smells. the check, in process was convenient as they allowed check, in up to 2 AM. the breakfast offered was good and we appreciated the variety of options available.

That the reservation we made stated that we were in a party of 6 people, but the amenities in the room were only provided in groups of four. We had to request additional items such as towels, cutlery, and cups after checking in.

As budget travelers, we appreciated the late check-in option until 2 AM, which was very convenient. The staff was extremely helpful and had a willingness to answer all our questions. I was pleasantly surprised by the convenience of this hotel's location. It was only a 15-minute bus ride to Manhattan, which made it very easy for us to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel provided a complimentary breakfast that exceeded my expectations. the variety and quality of the food, including eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit. the breakfast crew also worked hard to keep the buffet well stocked and provided excellent customer service. I was also pleased with the spaciousness of the room, which was perfect for our group of five.

Nothing it is perfect.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the wonderful view from our room. The staff at the front desk, including Michelle, Adam, and Carlos, were amazing. Ino kept the breakfast food well stocked and even provided us with a box so we could bring food to our kids. Gabriel ensured that the lobby, restaurant, and hallways were clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the large bottles of soap and shampoo, which reduced plastic waste.
